Lawsuit Against NFL PA & Dallas Cowboys Merchandising
Plan of Action Rejections
Killer Amazon seller going after the NFL.
"We have started the lawsuit. We are going after them. They waited too long, they messed with the wrong seller. NFL Players Association and Dallas Cowboys merchandise – we are coming after you."
Returns are gearing up.
People buy stuff for Christmas. They return it. People buy products. They use it, they wear it, they return it. You need to know how to handle these returns. Don’t lose your account. Don’t lose a great listing over consumers pulling one over on you. Make sure you keep your eye on the big picture.
IP complaints on Amazon.
We are seeing more intellectual property rights complaints where sellers are not getting suspended. It’s just the listing that’s going down, and this is really good news. Maybe Amazon is realizing that big brands are making tons of bogus complaints. So if you receive an IP complaint, but your account has not gone down, all you have is a listing issue, still try and get a retraction. Still reach out to notice dispute. If you can’t get a retraction, be prepared to submit proof that your product is 100% genuine. Plans of action are being rejected by Amazon with a note, as if you emailed it to the incorrect place. It’s also happening from time to time when you hit the appeal button on your dashboard. Don’t be dismayed. Resubmit.
Amazon’s Terms of Service Explained: New Contract with Sellers
Amazon imposed a new agreement upon sellers in 2019 and there are significant changes (and loopholes) to that agreement that sellers need to be aware of. Amazon Terms of Service, otherwise called their Business Solutions Agreement, contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and the use of seller services on the Amazon.com platform. It is an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Amazon.
