How to DROPSHIP on AMAZON in 2020 What Sellers Need to Know to AVOID ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS
For those of you who don’t know, drop-shipping as defined by Amazon is when you, as a seller, get an order from a customer on Amazon & then place the order through a 3rd party, like a Walmart or a Sam’s Club, then have Sam’s Club / Walmart directly deliver the item to the customer. Amazon wants you to have some kind of quality assurance method in place where you’re inspecting the sold item before sending it over to the customer. This is why they are very hard with sellers drop-shipping on Amazon. They want to see that kind of documentation. They want to see that you are who you say you are on the invoices ,and see that that’s what’s being sent to customers, not Walmart receipts or Sam’s Clubs receipts. That’s a big part of the policy and a violation of it. Also, Walmart has their own brand on their box. That’s a way to get yourself a violation. These are ways just to avoid it. No one’s telling you not to source from Walmart or from Sam’s Club, but you have to have a third location where the items are processed, the boxes are taken off, the invoices from Walmart or Sam’s Club are removed, and you are packaging it in your own box, with your own invoice. So if you can keep that in mind, you should be able to avoid getting any kind of violations.
